Tinsel and turkeys are likely to be a long way from your thoughts at the moment however we're hard at work arranging our Winter Ball fundraiser for The Millie Wright Children's Charity so that we can provide more support to more families.
The Winter Ball is being held on Saturday 26th November at York Racecourse and is ideal for the office party, family groups, volunteers, supporters of the charity, in fact anyone (over 18) - so don't do corporate this year, do charity!
...and here's another good reason - not only will you be supporting The Millie Wright Children's Charity but also Candlelighters Trust - we're proving that charities can work together - bridging the gap in support between malignant and non-malignant conditions.
With drinks and opera on arrival, you'll enjoy a sumptuous meal, followed by two top quality York bands, an auction, a raffle... and more ...all hosted by our favourite BBC news presenter... now who could that be!
