Suzie

Hello, My name is Suzie. I am a Haematology Clinical Nurse Specialist at Leeds Children’s Hospital; a job I love and a patient group I adore caring for.

I am so very happy to be a part of Team Millie. To be able to contribute to the amazing work the charity already does, in closing the charitable gap between support for cancerous and non-cancerous conditions is an honour. To have the opportunity to help expand the support and achieve the vision of becoming a Children’s Hospital wide venture, is an honour beyond measure.

I hope to utilise my knowledge and skills as a Children’s Nurse to help steer the support from within the hospital setting.

I am also particularly looking forward to offering “hands on” outreach support to children, young people and families.
